When I bought this it was fine, when I went to use it the product was a solid block, hard and no longer pourable and I hadn’t even opened the package! For me this was a waste of money, I didn’t even get to taste it so I’m not buying it again

Erythritol does have a cooling sensation which is why I don't put it in my coffee. However, baking with it keeps my treats low carb. I even sprinkle it in my oatmeal and on sliced strawberries - DELICIOUS! This brand did have a few clumps, but they broke apart very easily. I would definitely recommend.

I bought this to back sweeten home made hard cider. The cider isn’t bottle ready yet, so I can’t speak to its finish, BUT as a zero calorie, non fermentable sugar substitute, I can tell you it’s amazing. It really does taste almost identical to table sugar. It’s a fine granulation - finer then table sugar - but there is almost no aftertaste. Really amazing.
