It's helpful when you travel

Bought these as compresses during breastfeeding and pumping. They come with individual covers for each hot pack but even then they get super hot so be careful. They don’t last very long (15-20 min) but long enough for what I need

I am on a search and rescue team and i am not sure why yet but i have opinion on why my packages would not activate. We were at an elevation of 9-10,000 feet and all the packages were "inflated". Much like on an airplane when your bag of chips become full of air.Couls be a major design flaw if you live in higher elevations. Anyone else have this happen?

I carry these because I am extreme back problems which I wear a support belt for, and these packs I use to stop the spasms when they start, but most of these packs will not heat up, in fact less than half I have tried so far work, which is really upsetting.
