Very durable product

This set is actually much better made than I had anticipated. It makes getting a lunch together from leftovers in the fridge very quick and easy to do. Dishwasher safe.

This product is very cute and unique but thats the only good thing about it. It does not remotely keep food hot or cold. If I could give it a negative 5 star review I would . It isn't leak proof either. Would never buy this again.

We’ve been using this for school for about 6 weeks, and still love it. You can use all of the layers - or just one or two for soups, snacks or leftovers if you also want room to add a chip bag to the carry bag. Do be careful not to cross-thread the layers putting them together - it can be difficult taking them apart again without worrying about cracking the plastic. The container so far have been leak-proof. It’ll keep food warm, but not hot. One flaw is the grey overlay material on the carry bag handle has already come off, but that was more decorative anyway. Overall, we are happy with this purchase, and fingers crossed it will survive the whole year of middle school.

My 2nd grader’s school lunches are now leak-proof!I loved the cute lunches made in bento boxes, but the food always gets all mixed together by lunch time. Other tiffing had fragile, small, metal handles and pieces which break easily. This one is perfect, and better than all of the above.This tiffin keeps the food separate and sealed, and has so much food space, and multiple compartments, for a good variety and amount at lunch time. The carrying case with shoulder strap makes it easy to carry, and is nice.This is my favorite tiffin.

This was the smallest of the similar tiffin-style cylindrical lunch boxes we looked at, but it's not small. We've never wanted to use all of the compartments. I should have bought the medium size instead of the large.Think about exactly what you want to pack on a typical day before you decide which size to buy. The shape is wrong for most sandwiches, but it will work if you build the sandwich on a bagel, an English muffin, or a round roll. The main compartment isn't really big enough for a meal-size green salad. The regular size compartments are good for a side salad or a generous serving of fruit. The necessary little plastic compartments (you need them to screw the pieces together) add a lot of capacity and can easily hold a small piece of bread, a short stack of crackers, a handful of croutons, or a cookie. I would be more likely to recommend the large size to someone who needs to pack two meals, or a meal plus a substantial snack.The main problem is that it's difficult to unscrew the pieces. You have to get them lined up just so to assemble it. Don't tighten it much, though, or you'll be struggling to get it open at lunch time. Once, we had to put rubber bands around two pieces so we could unscrew them. Not recommended for people with arthritis in their hands.It's not very good at keeping things warm or cold. The insulation is better than nothing, but it's not as good as a thermos.

I gave this as a gift to my great niece. She will be starting school soon. She loved it, so different than the brown paper bag or lunch box. She loved the color and her mother loves that she can use it for hot lunches. The case is great to aid in carrying, just flip over the shoulder or clip it to the backpack.

We purchased 2 of these in gray and light blue. We got the 4 piece but They are bugger than I thought so I think I could have gone with the 3 piece. Fortunately I can just use only 3 pieces if I prefer. They have several little compartments and the silverware included is metal and good sized. The case can fit inside the bag snuggly or in the pocket outside on the case. Nice purchase.

I ordered this item because I liked the slim profile of it. It fits perfectly in my slim profile backpack. Thereare may layers to it for all your different foods that you want to pack for your meal at work. Unfortunately though, because of all the layers, they all twist on and it’s difficult to open some of them the way they are designed. You can’t get a grip on some of the parts to twist. The first day I brought it to work my cranberry sauce leaked in the outer cloth cover and in my new Keltie backpack. The next time I tried it I had soup and I thought I would go hungry that day because I couldn’t open the container where the soup was. The third and final time I tried it, combined with some of the afore mentioned problems, I had a difficult time trying to twist the covers back on properly. I had to bring it home for my husband to do. When you only have a half hour for lunch, these problems add up to an unpleasant meal experience. Very disappointing. One more thing, just in case you’re wondering, I didn’t test it for temperature because I figured if I pack all my lunch the night before it would be easier to just bring a bowl or plate to work to dump my food into to heat up in microwave.

It’s pretty and has lots of compartments but unfortunately it doesn’t keep food warm. I was disappointed because this is what I had bought it for.

So dissatisfied with this product. The small container areas that food get placed in get stuck to the larger containers and are almost impossible to get open. There is not enough grip area and the plastic is to slippery to get a good hand hold in order to twist them off.
