rOtring Tikky Mechanical Pencil, HB, 0.5 mm, Purple

This pencil has excellent clickiness and tactility. I'm not a pencil snob or anything, but I can absolutely tell the difference between writing with this and writing with a cheap-o mechanical pencil.

lead always breaks when extending and releasing finger. very tired of replacing broken leads, i am using rotring 0.5 2B leads, and am finding often I have to eject a small 15-20mm piece of lead after it has broken, i think the grip mechanism that holds it has too much pressure and cracks the led when you release your finger. this is a year of use review! not buying Rotring again, the 3-in-1 Tikky pen/pencil cracked on the barrel because is too thin, and the rubber release catch wore out, so i complained to rotring and they gave me credit, i used it for pencils, and now the pencils are breaking the lead. this really is bad quality pens and pencil, what happened to ROTRING quality? now is breaking too easy.

First, it's not made in Germany where original Rotring is from. I have 20 years old Tikky, which still in tact, in full everyday use, which is from Germany. Wished this was an upgrade, but it's from China, and hope it stands the name, if it's not a knock-off. Otherwise, for the price of $10, it functions good.

Consegna velocissima. Molto bella. Devo ancora usarla per bene ma, a prima impressione e dopo un rapido test, direi che sembra solida, di buona fattura, resistente. Impugnatura ottima, morbida ed antiscivolo. Ero preoccupata per lo spessore, di solito uso portamine piú sottili, invece trovo una comoda presa. Meccanismo di espulsione mina, funzionante e con tenuta salda. Spero duri a lungo nel tempo.

Good if you can get it for R80. If above R110 then it is overpriced.

Aucun défaut, confortable d'utilisation et ne se casse pas facilement comme d'autres porte-mines.
