This stuff is awesome it made my grip feel so much more stable after one use I was able to increase my weight by 15lbs just because my grip felt so much better it’s really convenient in the small bottle as it came with a carabiner to clip to my gym bag it’s mess free and it washes off super easy with a little bit of soap Ill definitely buy again and more then likely get the big bottle highly recommend!

Works great and lasts a long time.

We got this liquid chalk for our daughter in college who is a powerlifter. It is very easy to apply, not messy. Few drops go a long way and dries quickly. A great quality product providing her with a good grip while lifting. Once done with your workout it washes off well. Bonus: It comes with a ring to easily attach it to her gym bag! Our daughter loves this product.

This is great for when I am deadlifting to prevent my grip from slipping. It’s not messy like chalk. The only thing is sometimes the liquid can dry out in the bottle.

I like it and hate it at the same time... It is a necessary evil for most lifts. Not super messy but does dry out your hands so you need to put on some lotion but careful of the kind you use as you don't want your hands going super soft. Been using o'keeffe's working hands but only using a tiny amount.. about a pea sized drop. Hands still a tad dry but not cracking nor bleeding when doing other lifts/activities.

Does the job but real chalk is better imo. What I really like is keeping it on me with the carabiner.

I've used three brands of liquid chalk and I don't see a difference between them. BUT I've abused these bottles from Physic and they don't break or accidentally flip open. Bought the two-pack 50ml in Jan 2023 for 72 aed.

Easy to apply and lasts quite long. I can do 4 sets of 10 deadlifts with 2 small drops, only need to reapply one more on the 4th one. It also doesn't leave much residue on the bar, so it's easy to wipe down afterwards.

I sweat profusely through my hands, especially while working out and as much as I try to dry them off with a towel or on my pants, it takes near seconds to go back to being sweaty. This is like magic the way it works, putting a pea sized on my hands and rubbing them together, give them a blow. And it’s goes from nothing to something. It’s much nicer than having to bring around a block of chalk & easy to throw in your gym bag and just bring along on your endeavours. I throw the key ring on my water bottle so it’s always with me and never have to worry about sweaty hands again. Removal is simple, just comes off with water and some soap. No gross residue. Overall very pleased with the purchase! Will buy more when needed!
