Works OK
The product is very sheer and goes on smoothly. The results have not been dramatic. My skin feels ok when I use it but I don’t see any specific improvement.

Great product
I have been using 2xs per week for three weeks now and I definitely see a difference in pore reduction and fine lines.

Great Overnight Leave On Treatment, Nice Scent, Noticeable Results
I really do like this microdelivery dream peel by Philosophy. It comes in a cute little 60ml plastic tube with a pink spatula applicator at the end covered with a cap.The product is kind of a gel-like, somewhat thick substance- the same pink color as the spatula applicator. I’m usually not one for strong scents, but I actually like this. Both the color and smell remind me of grapefruit. I didn’t see that as an ingredient, but “orange peel extract” is, so maybe that is what I’m actually smelling. The first time I applied the product, I remember a very slight sting that quickly subsided. I don’t get that sensation much anymore, but don’t be surprised if this happens to you. My skin is pretty sensitive and I have not had any irritation or negative reaction with use. My skin absorbs this stuff rather fast. It does seems to leave a very slight tackiness that subsides a little, but that is fine with me, because I’m just going to sleep afterwards.I think the spatula applicator is a nice thought, but even if I do use it, I still find myself using my finger afterwards. I don’t care for how some product gets trapped in the spatula and you have to either squeeze and work it out or just rinse it out and waste it. At $60 for 60ml, I’m not trying to waste even a drop. It would be nice if the spatula could detach in case you didn’t want to use it. I do like how you twist the top to change to either an on or off position. So does it work? I think it does. My face had a couple spots that were breaking out and my skin in general was not looking great. I put this stuff on and the following morning, I felt like there was already a noticeable difference. My skin was smoother, seemed a little brighter, and all but two large problem spots seems to mostly fade or dry up. Those two problem spots remained, but looked a little better. I didn’t expect them to magically disappear anyway.Nothing is going to make all your skin problems vanish overnight, but I do really like this product. Perhaps the thing I like the most is that you can put it on at night and forget about it until you wash your face in the morning.I would recommend this to others to try if the price is something you can afford. I don’t need to use much per application, so I feel like this could potentially last me awhile, as it isn’t an every night treatment. I hope my review was helpful in some way, and if so, I would love to know-thanks!!!

Is this supposed to burn? Ow!
This definitely improved my skin’s appearance, but I’m not sure it is worth the pain. Each time I applied this, I experienced prolonged burning sensations (half an hour or more) that were pretty uncomfortable. I’ve never tried a chemical peel product before and have fairly sensitive skin so I’m not certain if that’s typical. The bright pink gel makes it very easy to see which parts of my face I’ve missed, and the flexible silicone spatula at the end of the tube is an excellent innovation in applying skin treatments. The gel turned clear as it dried to a thin film that didn’t rub off overnight but rinsed away easily in the morning. After use, my skin looked smooth and bright, but I didn’t notice any difference in pore size or the fine lines developing on my forehead.I could see using this product for the recommended three nights a week for a couple of weeks before special occasions when I really want to look my best, but I don’t think it will make its way into my usual skin care routine. It left my skin feeling a bit irritated even after washing it off, and as a super pale person, I’m not wild about the increased risk of sunburn that goes along with AHAs, even though generous doses of SPF and a wide-brimmed hat are already part of my daily life. This also seems expensive for modest results. Granted, that’s the perspective of someone in her mid-thirties with fairly nice skin already so my opinion might change as time marches on and it takes more maintenance to keep it looking nice.
