Doesn't have the same shine as other knobs.

This is oem and works perfect. Don't buy a knock off, like I did, because it will just fall off and you will have to buy this one too.

Fits like original.

I expected an ACDelco part to fit perfectly, but had my doubts due to another review. Prior to installation I noticed a small metal collar/clip inside the knob that slides over the brass volume shaft of the radio. Sure enough, the same metal collar was still on the brass shaft on the radio which would make installing this new knob strange. I slid the original collar off the shaft and then installed this new ACDelco knob. Fits like a glove and slid on flush. I guess the devil's in the details, because I sure wouldn't have noticed without the complaint from the other review. Hopefully this will help, because I'm sure what happens on these is that the plastic knob gets broken and the collar remains but unnoticed.

Fit much better than expected! This fit our 2002 Chevy Suburban. I was a little worried based on other reviews, but it worked out better than expected. It is a little shorter (by a hair) than the original (Which I still have bc it just broke), but unless you’re up that close and measuring, it isn’t noticeable. And I did find the clip previous reviews mentioned, though quite be accident. While scraping off glue from my repair attempt with an extra small flathead screw driver, the clip popped off. I included a picture of it so you can see how small it is and how easy it is to miss. The new cover works like a charm, turns on/off and controls volume perfectly. $10 is a little steep, but then again I like having a control knob replacement.
