Extension plug value for money

I needed a nightlight for our landing but only have 1 plug socket there, which I use for an Ambi Pur air freshener and which I have to remove each time I want to plug in my vacuum cleaner. A multi-plug socket would be too bulky and are usually not spaced widely enough. The AUOPRO Extension Plug works perfectly - I have a nightlight, the air freshener and a spare socket for the vacuum cleaner.My only issue is that the light comes/stays on during the day the moment it is even a bit cloudy, but I simply slide the light switch off and back on again when I need it.I've read some of the reviews stating that the light is very bright. I don't find it so even at its highest setting; if anything, I would prefer it to be a bit brighter.Even though I am not using it, the shelf attachment is a great idea and I can see how useful it could be.I would recommend this product.

A great solution for extra sockets and USB sockets. The shelf is useful too. The light at the maximum brightness is still very dim.

I'm always a little apprehensive of buying mains powered products made in China by an unknown brand (most likely a white label) but this has proved to be solid and has worked without issue thus far.If there's any issue, it's that the sockets aren't spaced far enough apart to use both of them with any sort of plug/adapter that's wider than a regular one. I am using a doorbell repeater, and as such can only use the one 240v socket - but the two USB sockets are invaluable and the night light suitably bright, with a light sensor that turns it off/down when there's sufficient ambient light.
