I need this for a trailer does one part hook to the tailgait and the other plug into the trailer light harness on the vehicle?

The light has three wires. One wire is ground, one wire is marker light & the last is turn signal. The light itself mounts to the trailer using the screws provided.

Can you get these in Red?

Yes. But the red ones do not have the "arrows".

Do the arrows just blink or do actually chase in a direction?
