Are these all fabric and no fiberglass?

These Filtrete filters are NOT fiberglass! They contain electrostatically charged media, the actual materials used are polypropylene and polyolefin plastic Fiberglass filters are generally inexpensive, costing as low as $1 and aren't recommended for HVAC systems as they can damage them and because the filter needs changed monthly, an overabundance of debris may cause an increase in your energy bill. I bought these Filtrete filters to help remove dust and pet dander and improve the air quality in my home, as we suffer from allergies. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Does this contain fiber glass?

No. It’s a pleated filter. Cotton, polyester and other pliable materials.

This has an mpr of 1500 and i noticed the one with mpr of 2200 is cheaper? isn't the higher number the better filter?

The filtration of the 1500 unit is for adequate flow. If you get too fine , as the numbers filter smaller particles, you can restrict the air flow to the system.

I started using this high MPR 1500 and was wondering if anyone who uses an air purfiyer stopped using that?
