I'm not sure how this will work long term as far as improving hair, skin, nails, etc., but I do think it helps somewhat with joint issues. I have to take off a star because 1) it does NOT dissolve for me in cold liquids - it leaves big clumps on the bottom of the glass that will not dissolve no matter what I do. And, I agree with some other reviewers that it is not tasteless. The taste to me isn't strong, but I can detect it in a lot of things - it's terrible in hot tea, for example. For me, the things it does best in are hot coffee and hot lemonade. 2) Another reason to downgrade this a bit is that nowhere on the label (I've now bought this in two sizes and this is true for both) does it give a recommended daily amount. It just says to use the provided scoop to put the product into a drink - nothing says how many scoops per day to take. I've gathered from other reviews that 2 scoops per days seems to be the usual amount to take. Also, I wish the label said how much the scoop contains. If I could give this 3.5 stars I would.

I just received this in a couple of hours ago so I can't tell you what the effects are going to be I can just tell you that it contains the scooper that is about two levels tablespoons of powder and it contains 20 tablespoons in the bag or 10 ounces. I bought it for IBS symptoms and also to see if it would help with hair and skin and I certainly don't know how that is yet but I was pleased to know there is absolutely no flavor to it so it's not uncomfortable to drink I'm not going to be using a full scoop at one drink... I think it's better to have one tablespoon twice a day rather than one time a day would be more beneficial to my body. It's certainly a lot easier than trying to make enough bone broth till last so whether you do it periodically on its own mix it with your own bone broth 2 supercharged or just drink it on its own. But it is non-GMO paleo-friendly gluten-free hormone-free antibiotic-free and certified kosher from grass-fed beef and contains 11 G per scoop and has a huge amount of amino acid content so this is a win-win situation for me

This stuff is awesome. I decided to start taking collagen for no particular reason other than some of the health benefits I heard about bone broth and collagen in general. I first heard things about joint health, but now I think there are much more benefits to this stuff than just joint health. In looking into it, making bone broth seemed to be a massive hassle and buying it premade is too expensive. I started putting a couple scoops of this in my coffee in the morning and now it's just part of my routine. One thing I noticed very quickly is that working out became a little less painful and irritating. I was able to push myself harder without all of the soreness that I thought inevitable when working out. It felt like I was able to jump back into working out more quickly as well and overall I didn't feel like I was paying for a workout the next day. If anything I feel stronger the next day and able to do more reps which is really motivating. I haven't changed my diet much since I started taking collagen and subjectively it seems like it's something I wasn't getting that my body can really use. Highly recommended if you need collagen in your diet but are too lazy to make bone broth.

Odorless, tasteless, and dissolves easily. Contributes a "percentage" of sales as a Vitamin Angel to help provide essential vitamins around the world. Would buy again. Other things I noted: imported from Brazil by a New York business. Do I know what's happening in Brazil for standards? Most important and very hard to tell on many of the non-regulated supplement products is purity. I have several different brands of collagen and I'm still looking for the one that can say NSF certified....what it says it is matches what's in the bottle. There is another certification, USP-NF that only one brand has on their container (that I've found in my search) but it's placed inconspicuously so I'm researching whether that brand is compliant. I'm not sure if these certifications are foolproof guarantees or purity, but it would help build a standard. ZINT has many monikers indicative of compliance with kosher, gluten free, paleo as an example. Comes with a scoop, which is convenient on one hand, but on the other hand, wasteful (u can use a spoon). The packaging is economical. It comes in a resealable plastic bag, not a giant plastic container, but I'm not sure if this is recyclable and therefore not environmentally friendly. Overall, I like Zint and would re-purchase.

As I attack blackberry bushes this spring, they are attacking me back. Despite the fact that I am a clean person, these pinpoint punctures from them were not healing for weeks. I am a skeptic for "natural" remedies after most things I've tried have failed, but yet I still try things once. Something else on Amazon led me across this collagen powder (Oh, the secret power of Amazon....). I tried it, skeptically. For once, I am sold. It works! My blackberry sores have healed in a week, whereas before it was taking a month. My skin looks great! On a side note, I'm also using less Tylenol and ibuprofen for pain. I used to be miserable daily despite maxing out the daily dosages for both of those pain killers. Now I'm using just one or the other a couple times a day. Less pain has definitely changed my attitude, I'm smiling more and overall much more happy, as well as getting more things done. I wouldn't review this if I didn't truly believe it. I'm using 3/4 scoop once daily in my hot coffee. Dissolves fast. I intend to have this in my cupboard for the rest of my happy, healthy life!!!
