Under Armour Men's Micro G Kilchis Recover Camo Boat Shoe

I was looking for a shoe to replace some worn out ones for flats fishing. For this you need a good grippy boat shoe but configured to allow you to jump into the water to pursue or retrieve a fish on a moment's notice - so they have to have protection against coral and sharp things in the water, need to stay on in the mud and need to drain well while retaining the boat shoe lightness and feel. This shoe does a better than average job of all of that and is particularly good at the price point. However, I felt that for 50% more, the Simms Pursuit was a better overall choice because 1) it offers more protection without making the shoe feel clunky, 2) has a lacing system less likely to tangle up fly line on top of the shoe than the conventional laces on the Under Armour 3) the sole is a bit more grippy and tough and 4) feels a bit more cushiony for all day standing wear but w/o feeling like you've lost touch with the boat under your shoe. However, if you wanted to save the money, the Under Armour would be fine and you can always replace the lacing system.

I’ve been wearing these on the boat for almost 2 years now as well as around the house, kayaking and other water activities. They are comfortable, easy to wash, and just good all around quality. They look great too compared to other water shoes in my opinion.

My first pair I had to send back because they were too small. I got my second pair and they fit well and comfortable. Super light and the bottoms grip well. They wash and air dry well too. I am very satisfied. I used them for blowing leaves off my roof this morning and they were great for gripping the shingles on my sloped roof.

Look great but much lighter than I was expecting and little support. Feel more like a water shoe.

The quality-price ratio is excellent.

I like under armour sneakers and I have had may styles but these are lightweight and super comfortable. Love them!!

Great item, I should got it 1/2 size smaller than my size , to fit without shocks, other than that, great item , well made, looks great

The shoes are very disappointing by their overall quality. As per it's size number, this pair is tight and narrow, not comfortable at all. If you plan to buy, it is recommended to order at least half of a bigger size than your routine size order. i.e. my shoe size is EU45, but this 45 is tight to me. The sole is very uncomfortable that I didn't enjoy even walking, workout with this pair of shoes is far away of imagination. This is totally not recommended shoes, as far as value to the money is concerned. I am a very loyal customer of UA since decade, but this is first time I am very disappointed of my purchase!!!!
