Q: Are these suitable for countries that drive on the left hand side of the road?

It wouldn’t matter, as long as the vehicle 1999-2004 Mustang you’ll be fine.

Q: will these fit a 202 mustang like reg equiptment the head light covers mine is faded bad ?

According to the manufacturer they fit a 2002. I purchased the ones for a 2003 and they fit perfectly. They looked like it was straight off the showroom floor.

Q: how long does it take for them to fade?

I only put mine on a couple of months ago. So far, I've not noticed any fading.

Q: Can you adjust both horizontal and vertical?

Horizontal is easy with just an allen wrench, didn't see any adjustment for vertical, but none was needed
