This is the perfect bucket to ferment a 6 gallon batch of wine. 30 bottles worth. There is enough headroom for adding sugar if you want a sweet wine or just room to ensure the fermentation doesn't overflow. Just need to drill a bunghole through the center of the lid for the airlock and you are ready to go. Since this is a 2 pack, you get a bucket to brew beer in. Just use the brew in a bag method, but you have to figure out how to keep the bucket warm at a consistent temp of around 150ish for about an hour. Beer really is just making "tea" out of the grains and then using the "tea" called wort for fermenting into beer.
