Walked all over my old Sennheiser Momentums
Purchased these in Sep 2016 to replace a set of Sennheiser Momentum in ear earphones that had cost me £90 and had, in just over a year of daily use, fallen apart (cables frayed and started to disintegrate and which eventually caused a lost connection to one of the ear buds .. a common fault I have found with Sennheiser products .. I have a stockpile in my 'man draw' of PX100s where that very same thing had continued to happen). As you can tell I had been blindly brand loyal to Sennheiser but due to the good reviews and high Sennheiser attrition rate I thought I would give these previously unheard of Betrons a try .. figuring that at one third of the price even if they turned out to be half as good it was worth the risk and I would still be up .... but Wow .. the sound quality relative to the price paid was amazing and for my taste in music (Deep House) they ticked all the boxes and 10 months in I cant detect any noticeable signs of wear and tear which is a testament to their build quality. In short highly recommend.

Excellent sound quality but not overly comfortable for long periods of use
This is probably the most luxurious set of headphones I've ever purchased. They arrived in a lovely high quality cardboard box with a fabric tab, which contains the headphones themselves, an array of additional earpieces, a quick start guide, and a safety guide. The first thing I did was change the earpieces to something smaller. They can be quite fiddly to change as they fit so snug over the headphone itself, but with a little persistence they will eventually pop on. Removal is much easier. Despite having gone through quite a few of the earpieces I still find the headphones uncomfortable after a few hour of use. The metal body of them is very large in comparison to similar models, and they can also be very cold when you first put them in your ears. I certainly don't have smaller ears that the average person, though do often wear these headphones for up to eight hours a day which should be taken into consideration. The sound quality is excellent, and they do a good job at blocking out surrounding noise (possibly because they're so large). The bass quality is the best I've heard from earphones. I usually listen to Spotify and can easily pause and restart the music from the middle button of the keypad built into the right side wire. I would prefer if this button were lower down, as you have to reach right up to beside your face to adjust the volume or silence the music - not very useful if you need to lower the volume to hear conversations without appearing obvious. They are beautifully designed - the brown and gold gives a more retro feel - especially in comparison to the swathes of age-grubby white headphones which currently litter the office landscape. They look and feel to be of a high quality.

Good Sound
These ear buds are great to use with my Kindle Fire 10. The sound comes through with clarity and the volume control is easy to use. The only slight downside and hence 4 instead of 5 stars is they fall out of the ears to easily. I cannot move without them coming out. They do supply a number of different size buds which are easy to change. I use the smallest one and still have a slight problem.

Zip tie the whole world
Good earphones for £20. Still going strong although the right ear is now off and on and having to align the planets for it to work. However they lasted longer than my £60 sennheiser’s and the quality is still decent. These have also survived a fair few kitten attacks. I haven’t had an issue with wires coming out as the build around the jack is good.Although a problem I’ve found is the mic and volume controls are easily prone to breaking (cosmetically), I’ve had to fix mine with some zip ties (in photo) . The metal parts on the bottom of the actual earphones has come off (also In photo) but purely cosmetic. Other than that the build isn’t too shabby. Just don’t throw them around or drop your phone like I do. Oh and accidentally paint them... and bend the jack. I should be banned from electricals...

Awesome Earphones For The Price!
I'll start out by admitting that I have a pair of Shure SE535 earphones that I use as In-Ear Monitors when performing live as a bassist with various bands. They cost me £300 a few years back. Bass and decent volume levels are essential when using earphones as monitors in this situation. I blame the drummer.Fascinated by recent reviews on Amazon for Betron earphones, I decided to try a pair. After all, the Betron YSM1000 earphones only cost £21.99. That's less than a tenth of the Shure SE535 earphones, so I figured buying a pair would be worth a try to discover what everyone is banging on about. The Betron earbuds didn't seal particularly well in my ears, so I replaced them with INAIRS AIR1 earbuds. What I wasn't prepared for was the audio shock I got when I plugged the Betron earphones into my iPhone6s. Good grief, that is some awesome low end that these 'phones deliver. OK, the upper mid and top end is not as accurate or sweet as that on the Shure SE535s, but wow, the Betron YSM1000 earphones deliver serious bass. The Shure SE535s sound thin in comparison. Way more bass and sonic fun for less than a tenth of the price. C'mon Shure. You need to get your act together. In balance, I doubt that the Betron YSM1000 cable or indeed the earphones themselves are as robust or long-lasting as the Shure SE535s, but ... I'm not using the Shure SE535 earphones any more.
