It arrived safely right on time because there was a Texas winter storm the plant was safe. The water was cold so I put 15 minutes. The plants were wrong, but there were still the same thing so that’s OK then when it’s ready, you buried them under the sand or rocks then you’re done ! You have new macroalgae in your tank one of them came with without the dusters and that’s cool. There were a baby feather dusters. There was only two attached to the plant.

Received Item in good shape, Placed plant in Aquarium, some die off (this is to be expected, if you know anything about Saltwater aquarium plants) I am seeing new growth, on the plants, which is great. It is doing well as of this review. As you can see a lot more growth, (last two pictures) since the first picture.

They sent a small amount that was white from lack of light. It does have enough to root and grow. So, it’s overpriced but it is growing. Besides them sending a small almost dead amount of algae, this is my favorite algae for a salt water tank. It grows fast and looks luscious. As it grows you can pull it out and that essentially removes the nitrogen from the tank without doing water changes.

I ordered this Macro algae plant for a new 1 gallon pico reef tank that completed it's nitrogen cycle 5 months ago to remove nitrite and nitrate build up. My shipment came quicker than expected with live copepods which have now buried into the sand and they excellent bottom savagers as well as food for my SPS corals. The algae is flourishing in my tank now that it's fully acclimated. I'm very pleased with this addition to my pico reef tank.

I didn't think they'd make it delivered in cold weather. They lived and have grown like weeds!

Item arived with white leaf and green stem. After 24hr it was half the size I received and after 3 days it broke apart and dead. For the price was twice what pet store sell and it was smaller.

Arrived in great condition, green and alive. The price is on the higher side but a great addition to any reef tank.
