Wonderful replacement insoles with great arch support and heel support to correct my over pronation. Resolved my pain completely. I have these supports in all of my shoes.

I placed them inside my shoes , they were so large I couldn’t get my feet inside the shoes. It was suggested to size up , I wear a 81/2 women so I ordered a 9. Bad choice. I need the right size because I have very high arches, and my doctor told me to order them
