Provides an overall frosted look on window and gave me the desired privacy needed, at a fair price.Some note for your information:- The side you put on the window is tacky, I suspect it has a slight adhesive to it, not just static cling.- As others have said, there is not 100% seal, there are minor air bubbles at the corner (not a big deal)- So much easier to maintain than sandblasted glass! Conceals fingerprints.Some tips:- Aside from cleaning the window, clean the surrounding area so that dust doesn't "jump" onto sticky back- Use well diluted soapy water (I used a drop of dish washing liquid in a liter of water) in a spray bottle - don't worry about using too much spray either. If the spray is producing lots of suds, dilute some more.- Preferable to not do it when the sun is hitting the window.- If possible, cut after placing with a new blade (like an X-acto knife): I don't recommend cutting to fit beforehand.- I wrapped an old credit card with a microfiber cloth to squeegee out the excess soapy water, protected the front facing side well.- Start peeling the backing (width wise)first, then place at one edge on window and peel off the rest of backing.- Best to have a helping hand to do unroll out the film as you place it on the window. It wants to stay curled up otherwise.- Don't be afraid to gently pull it off and reset it if you are crooked or have major air bubble; spray again too.- Be careful not to crease it or give it a hard fold, that will leave some markings.Hope that helps! I’m pretty disappointed, at least with 2 of the 4 rolls I purchased. When I placed my order, I requested 4 rolls, of the SAME item. However, what I received was 2 rolls, of the item I intended, and the other 2 rolls were, well.... hardly anything even remotely similar, to the described product.The second two rolls are considerably shorter, thinner material, and are basically stickers.I can forgive a mistake, I can overlook “changes/updates” in design; but I absolutely cannot forgive when a company intentionally sets out to deceive. The two rolls, that are in fact what I ordered and paid for, are fine; the other two rolls you can see where the seller placed a bar code sticker over the other sticker, attempting to pass off the cheaper quality rolls, as legit. This is Not OK.I don’t care if I’m spending 5 dollars or 5,000 dollars, don’t try to trick me. I won’t tolerate it. Trying to pull a fast one on your customer, is a fast way to make sure you lost money, and reputation.

This is a great product. Just remember to peel the film off, or it won't stick... It's a great quality film, looks just like frosted glass... My kitchen window looks into my landlord's yard. This stopped his peeping tom dog, from making my little barker...crazy..

works for the purpose I needed it to (block vision so my dog doesn't bark as much). It wasn't easy putting it on as it stuck to itself so it's not a smooth job and has lots of wrinkles. But it works.

First off, you should have someone there to help you because unrolling the film before hand or while applying it is really hard. I couldn't keep the film even as I unrolled it so it kinked and now there is a visible area of imperfection (ugh!!). Once I applied the film to the glass, I used a rubber shower squeegee to help push out the bubbles. The edges seem to keep bubbling. There is no 100% perfection on the seal. Then I prepared the 2nd piece of glass and realized that I didn't have enough film (ugh!!!) so I have to order another roll. (I left too big of a buffer around the 1st piece.)

I needed to cover clear areas in a beautiful stain glass window, after neighbors msde an addition to their house. The film gave me back my privacy.
