I’ve been a Roomba fan for years and years but decided to try something new (and significantly less expensive). I am so very impressed with this vacuum. It does an even better job than my Roomba’s did. More accurate in resetting itself onto the charger. Easier cleaning and quieter. Also the customer service is EXCELLENT. Super fast responses and extremely helpful. I really couldn’t recommend this product or company more.

This little vacuum is awesome!!! I have two giant dogs and it saves me to much time. I love that it can get under furniture that I wouldn’t usually be able to reach. Amazing price too. Don’t waist your money on the name brand ones, I had a iRobot and it was junk. This little guy blows it away!!!

I have animals and kids in the south with the famous red clay and wood flooring.And three years later it is still working. Been using it manually. (Finally installed the app).There's been times the floors haven't been kept up with like they should and knocked other brands out of commission.Floor coverage is fairly good and believe the more technology you put in these the worse they are. This is better than three other brands I have had. This one is good though.This past Christmas it was acting up, getting an error code and got a new i3.Figured out my front brushes were to worn out. Fixed it.This BG700 scoots good, is way more quiet, bounces softly, turns,, and moves on. Batteries still holding up. To be honest the vaccum fan is starting to make noise and I am not disappointed because it has worked hard. Will replace the fan when it's time.The i3 is loud, stops (sensing things), forces it way into things, doesn't cover near as well, the base vaccum throws dirt everywhere cleaning out the floor model. I'd rather just open the Baggotte bin and dump (less hassle).I'd personally buy another Baggotte. The software on the app could give more options but it's not a deal breaker.

This vacuum is amazing! My wife keeps the house immaculate. So she sweeps the floor, then she mops it.Then she puts the robot cleaner down.It finds a ton of dust and dirt that she didn't! I don't know how that's possible. Probably the dirt comes from corners and edges. So we're both extremely impressed and happy that our house is so clean. In fact, we have two of these units that we run every day!In addition, the customer service is amazing. We've had occasional issues after a year of use and the customer service team has major that we get the issue resolved quickly.I couldn't ask for a better company or a better product!
