5-Star product but BBQ poses huge Cancer Risk
i love this little BBQ grill. easy assembly, solid construction, light weight and portability are some of its best selling points. i loved this grill and wanted to learn more about BBQ cooking. as i did my research and got educated, i was horrified by how BBQ is detrimental to one's long term health.According to the American Cancer Society, PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) form when fat from meat drips onto the charcoal. They then rise with the smoke and get deposited on the food. They also form directly on the food as it is charred. The hotter the temperature and the longer the meat cooks, the more HCAs (heterocyclic amines)are formed.National Cancer Institute identified 17 different HCAs that result from cooking "muscle meats" and that pose human cancer risks, including colorectal, pancreatic and breast cancers associated with high intakes of well done, fried or barbequed meats.as to environmental pollution, a 2003 study by scientists from Rice University found that microscopic bits of polyunsaturated fatty acids released into the atmosphere from cooking meat on backyard barbecues were helping to pollute the air in Houston. The city at times registers air quality levels that rank it one of the more polluted U.S. urban areas, though emissions from barbecues are certainly dwarfed by those generated by motor vehicles and industry.too bad, i am going to toss this BBQ grill even though i love it.

Very cheaply made, and after the first two uses ...
Very cheaply made, and after the first two uses, the bottom chars and breaks. The utensils sent with it, broke before they could even be used.

Poor quality
This grill is good for only a few fires...and will cook only very flat items...the grill is directly on top of the coals, even with one layer of charcoal. No air vent in bottom or on the lid. I'm sorry I bought it, and would not buy another. Very poor quality and little practicality.

good enough!
I was going on a one way road trip cross country and i needed a grill i could rely on for two weeks of use. It was perfect for this:CONS:All materials are pretty cheap. I tried to move some logs around with the utensils and they bent. I bent the coal catchers feet with my hands in order to get some space between the coals and the food. It puts the coals out if you leave the cover on - yes, that's right.. it really only cooks with the cover off. It cooks fast, way too fast.PROS:It's super cheap and works JUST FINE. If you're cooking burgers and dogs you'll be very happy with this purchase.

LOVE THIS GRILL ... I HIIGHLY RECOMMEND !!
With my electric oven, broiling meat is not an option ... it comes out in an almost 'stewed' state and is very unappitizing. Because of space limitations, I purchased this table-top grill ~ which I've used 3 times so far and I love it !! For the purpose of easier cleaning and charcoal residue disposal, I line the bottom section of the unit with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Once the 'ashes' have cooled, I simply remove the foil, close it up and dispose ... and aside from washing the grilling grid, there is no need for further cleaning.

CRAPPY LITTLE GRILL. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, OR LESS SOMETIMES.

Don't bother
Looks good, but there is no air opening on bottom so fire does not stay on. Plus, sample charcoal is of poor quality so doesn't stay burning, even on replacement grill. Not worth the money. Gave it away after one try.

Could be better
The stain on the utensil handles came off on our hands and the legs came off easily. But it was big enough for quite a bit of food so we liked that part.
