It is an amazing product but it has some deep gash marks in the pvc print on the back.... these are noticeableI’ve contacted the company so hoping they can assist .....

This stereo has a real nice quality look, and a sturdy weight too.It was easy to set up and add to my WiFi as well as my Amazon account to add my other music apps. Sound was good without adjusting the settings.So far so good, very happy.

I liked the look and feel of this retro smart speaker. It was easy to setup and use. The only down side was the poor sound quality.Apart from that I would recommend this item.

Update Aug 2023 - changed internet provider and now the thing has packed in altogether and I can get no help. I so wish I had never bought this speaker. What a pile of trouble it has been. Never gain.Update on this speaker is that it turned out to be totally unreliable. Plays classic FM which I think is Global player but anything from Planet radio you can forget it most of the time. Dreadful piece of apparatus that I wish I had not bought.Took my ages to figure out what it was and how it works. Planet radio, Global radio and Spotify etc. Originally gave this a one star. I have now found out how to work it so the station choice is not as limited as I thought. It was quite quick to set up even for someone like me who is old and technology phobic. Trouble was it looked like the Roberts radio I have already and I though this was a radio. When I read the box it does say I am not a radio, I am a smart speaker. Now I have no clue what a smart speaker is but I shall persevere.
