Bought this for my son and the top handle strap broke a couple months of usage. He's in elementary school so does not have a lot of stuff to carry therefore shouldn't have created any stress on the handles for it to tear when lifting the backpack. Another thing to note is that the side pockets for carrying water bottles is not too deep. My son's water bottle would fall out when he's pulling the backpack. This is especially dangerous for him when he has to pick up the water bottle in when it fell in the middle of a crosswalk. I had him put his bottle in his backpack instead of the side pockets.

16"h x 12.5"w x 8"d. Best backpack I ever purchased for my child. It is very durable and stays upright, doesn't topple over like most backpacks do after a month. This lasted the whole school year and will be using it again for a 2nd year. Worth every penny!

I just received it. My first impression is this: The handle is sturdy. The wheels are resembling those of roller skates, they seem of good quality. I love the fact that the shoulder straps can be tucked in a pocket when you roll the bag. My daughter had another similar bag and the straps were always falling on the floor getting dirty and damaged. They ended up breaking. The bottom of the bag is strong and hard. It is a little larger than I thought. The fabric is thin and that is why I put 4 stars instead of 5. I will have to come back and review it again to know whether it is thin and strong or thin and flimsy.

My daughter loves the bag but the handle does not come up after only 3 weeks of use. This is a bag meant for a child to use and I expected it to be more sturdy to handle a child's pulling and pushing of the handle. This was one of the very important features that prompted me to buy the bag. My daughter wants to revert to her old torn up bag as this spoiled one is too heavy for her to carry when she has all her books. I will be looking into a return to get it fixed. Amazon has sorted a replacement bag. I will try it out again and hope for the best but too request a refund if it doesn't hold up.

My daughter was so happy when she first got this cute roller backpack to use for school. And it seemed very durable. But after only 3 months of normal use, the top strap broke off. Tried to repair it but just frayed apart. We're so disappointed.

I like it very much at beginning. But after few months usage, the handle often stuck (I'm a little worried that it won't work completely some day, Will see). Other than that, everything is really good. The wheel is very sturdy.

My son is very happy. We had got my daughter one the year before and he couldn't wait to get his own. They go to charter school and they have a lot of heavy books the book bag is very Reliable. My daughter is 4 grade and he is in 1 grade, he doesn't need a book bag like that yet, but he had to have it. His been asking since kindergarten. It's a little pricey but thanks

This is a very well made rolling bag. I got it for my granddaughter as she is small in stature and was having to carry several books in a shoulder back pack.
