I recently purchased this projector for my brother karaoke business and overall, it’s been a great investment. Setup was surprisingly easy—plug it in, connect via HDMI or wireless (depending on the source), and it’s ready to go. Within minutes, I had a 100-inch display on my wall that looked fantastic in low-light conditions.The image quality is sharp and vibrant, especially at 1080p resolution. Colors are bright, and the contrast is solid, making movies and shows pop.

Great projector. We use it outside in the patio at night and it works perfectly.Purchased it to upgrade a 10 year year old optoma projector

Very bright and quiet. I wish the zoom function worked differently and made the screen larger, not zoomed in on the actual screen.

Using this for office work and has great resolution to cast a shared screen across the conference room.

I couldn’t be happier with this Epson projector! The picture quality is crisp, bright, and vibrant—even in a room with some light. Setup was quick and easy, and the projector is very user-friendly. The colors are true to life, and movies look just like being in a theater. The sound is clear on its own, but when connected to my speakers, the experience is next level. It’s compact, quiet while running, and perfect for both movie nights and presentations. Definitely worth every penny—I highly recommend it!

My wife and I bought this projector for business needs. She needed something that she could travel around with, so this is not something we were intending to mount, but to travel with. This is our first projector purchase, and the cost of it is a bit steep, but compared to other projectors out there, this is one of the best.The screen is bright, it can fill a room nicely, and there are a lot of settings and features. The projector is quiet, but it does get warm, but not sure if this is unusually warm or not. The projector is lightweight weight which is nice as well. So overall, the projector is good; however, I am having a technical issue with it on video playback and the sound. When it wants to play a video, it speeds up, and the sound does not come in well at all. I checked with my computer and the settings I believe are correct. I need to reach out to technical support about this issue and will update my review once I have done so.As for customer service. The gentleman listened to me in a way, and said he understood, but then he was repeating things I never said. For a $649 projector that does NOT include a carrying case, nor an HDMI cable, is pretty wild. I spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with myself, saying I can purchase the accessories, and I should have done that. I know I can purchase a case, an HDMI cable, and so on, but for these companies not to include these items is just insane. He made no effort to make it easier or make concessions to retain me as a customer, to offer me a case at least; he just went and said to purchase one.We need to support companies that care about their customers. Yes, it's a good projector, but to potentially lose a customer over a $25 case is pretty sad to me. Next time, I'll think about going with Epson.

The resolution quality of this projector is not up to par. It has the resolution quality of a much lesser projector. This was supposed to be an upgrade to the current one my grandson has. The cost was, but the quality of the picture was not. For this reason the item was returned. Customer service is NOT helpful or very courteous. BUYER BEWARE that when you purchase this item your are dealing with a third party - it is apparently NOT A DIRECT AMAZON PRODUCT and thus, you do not receive the same quality customer service we've come accustomed to with Amazon. I have subsequently purchased a different Epson Model that has the resolution desired.
