Yes, this bag shows quality, but I give 3.5 stars to this bag. The feel of the canvas is fantastic. Stitching is quite good all around. I think it'll last a long time before tearing off. Although not sure if the zip on the front pocket will stand the test of time, as it is a bit rough to use. It only means excess force will be applied to the zip and eventually it'll break sooner than later. I purchased this as I wanted a different look when compared to the fancy new age bags mostly being sold. This bag truly has a 'timeless' authentic feel to it. Whoever designed it has done a brilliant job with this one. The colour of the canvas is spot on. It a blend between khaki, dark brown with a hint of green. It just looks so much more elegant compared to the standard khaki or army green, black or whatever other. The size, the pockets, the magnetic buttons and the drawstring (including the drawstring closure - some reviewers complaint they didn't receive it. This one has it. See photo), all of it just fits so well for my requirement. The photos on the Amazon page just do not do the justice to how good the bag actually looks. A suggestion to F Gear here... please make sure photos are clicked under proper lighting, otherwise people could deter from purchasing this bag simply because they can't see the colours properly. Two key negatives. Firstly, the bag is not properly water resistant. The drops are visible so it seems water resistant but the moment you touch the drops, the water gets absorbed by the canvas. I don't believe this bag can stand rain. F-Gear, please consider making bags more resistant to the elements. With such fast lifestyles and all the electronic gadgets in the bag, nobody wants to have their belongings wet. Waterproofing is a basic requirement. Just for this I cut 1 star. The other half star is taken off for the print with different colour patches and slogans. Very kiddish for me.. good for university students though (I suppose). I think these prints alone takes away some of the elegance. All of a sudden, something loud is there shouting "look at me. look at me". I think if you just had that F-Gear logo in blue and brown border, that would highlight the bag in a nice way, but it's currently overdone. So overall 3.5 stars from my side. I'm going to probably use a heat gun or a paint remover to remove these print.

Not fits for heavy and 15 inch laptop, can carry 2-3 books with laptop & water bottle (inside), magnetic buckle's are good/ok, one drawback-there should be a magnetic buckle or something to close the outer pocket which hangs while we put anything such as charger, etc. in it(it exposes to everyone)
