I have been using this product for few months now. I was looking for a comfortable headphone with good sound quality and this headphone was perfect for my needs. I play music while sleeping so I have this headphone on for hours continuously. This headphone has a good call quality as well. I used this for teams meeting on my laptop and calls on my mobile.Overall, it’s worth every penny!

Just got mine this afternoon.Package is in good condition.Items inside the box are intact.Bluetooth connects to my Oneplus 8T without any problem.There is a very slight lag while listening using laptop via Spotify.I did not experience any lag using may Oneplus8T.A Good BUY.

I have been in the market for a decent wireless device that I can use for both business and pleasure. Used it for about a week for mobile calls, music, playing videos and connecting to laptop for MS meeting calls. I got this one after a bit of research, wanted to get a decent microphone wireless device. Both and speakers and microphone are fairly decent, don't expect awesome performance on the speakers given the price range, there are better devices out there if you are willing to spend more for better sound quality.The only issue I had is when connected to the laptop (did not try iPad) to use on MS meetings, Zoom or Skype, you loose control of the volume. You can only either mute the headphones or have the volume to a full high level, neither the volume controls on the head set nor on the laptop work. I checked with support team and they confirmed the same... (in short it's not made for laptops).No experience of latency on connection or voice. Works pretty well on all except on laptops. So sadly will be returning this. This may tick all the boxes for you if you want to use only on mobile devices. Hence my personal rating is a 3 ⭐ given the price.

I had many headphones in the past, and I was expecting a good quality from this set, but …!I am using them daily for my meetings, if I get far from my laptop the sound quality becomes bad, and it doesn’t fix when I return back to my laptop. I need to disconnect from the call and reconnectThe integrated buttons are useless with PC !
