This product is great for my needs. The item is as advertised, polycarbonate and not polypropylene. Another store mislead me with on the material. This container is prefect for Ken Forkish bread making style. I loved it so much I bought one for a friend.

For those who follow Ken Forkish’s methods for sourdough baking as outlined in “Flour Water Salt Yeast” this is a handy container in which to mix and proof the dough. It is high quality food-grade plastic with the added bonus that dough does not stick readily to it, so mixing and cleanup are comparatively easy.

It's great for making pizza dough
I love you can see through it to watch your dough rise. I didn't like the stickers they put on the container it doesn't like to come off and the glue stays on the container and makes it look dirty. They were on the top and sides it should have been put on the bottom.
