No more struggling to move the washer/dryer!

We first saw this when our SubZero refrigerator was installed and the installer used it to pull it through the kitchen and into the space. So, we purchased one and have used it to move the washer and dryer and some heavy furniture. Really handy and works as expected.

Used this mat to protect my wood floors and help slide my heavy 36" oven out so I can work on it. Worked really well and will be useful for years to come!

I am so happy to have found this item online. Being seniors, it is becoming harder for my husband & I to move large pieces of furniture/appliances.I purchased this mat because we were about to have a new fridge delivered, the instructions for delivery said the the old appliance would need to have been moved from the area where the new refrigerator was to be placed.The delivery man even said that he had been looking for one of the Buddy Movers. He was happy that we had one he could use. It helped him with inserting the refrigerator in quite tight spot.I do think this item was a little pricey otherwise I am very happy to have it.

This appliance “buddy” is what the pros use. After refinishing our wood floors, we placed this in front of the openings, rolled the dolly onto it, removed the appliance from the dolly, and slid the appliance back into place. No denting or scuffing. This thing is heavy duty and stores flat or upright.

You can replace this with a piece of cardboard, maybe. Or a piece of thin plywood, maybe, if you have it. But, this made the appliances slide easily into place and removal pretty easy. I'd rather have one of those "air sleds", but this is way cheaper and easier to transport. All in all, it was worth the cost to me.

The edge had been melted. It worked okay, but the appliance slid around on top of it so still needed 2 people to move the appliance.

This “appliance mover” sure made the job a lot easier——one still needs to have a little muscle to tip the appliance to get the mat under the wheels or feet of the item before moving it. Mat is quite large , but very light—-handle makes it easy to carry, and is necessary to be able to “pull on” when moving your appliance out! Nice to not worry about scratching one’s hardwood floors!!
