Does not last long. Oxidizes (turns brown) within one or two months
This Ascorbic acid is very unstable. It oxidizes very rapidly. Not suitable for long term use and storage. Maybe okay for quick use - use within a month or so.I properly shielded the jar/bottle from LIGHT, used SILICA GEL to reduce moisture, tightly SEALED the package against oxygen and kept the bottle in DARK corner.But still contents oxidized, turned into a SOLID LUMP and turned BROWN!NOT RECOMMENDED for long term storage and use.If your use case is Vitamin C supplement then you are better off buying Vitamin C tablets for daily use.NOT RECOMMENDED for any DAILY use!
