Excellent Phone
Purchased for my wife as the replacement phone when AT&T sent us a Crappy 5G phone.Great quality LG Phone

Careful with this, waiting on our refund.
"renewed excellent" was not even cleared of the person old information on the phone. tried to reset and set up my SIM card, but phone was set to some ATT "work" mode... likely a corporate phone or something previously. also, scratches on screen corner, back and garfs on the sides. started return process immediately.

LOVE IT!
I have always loved the LG phones , And for the price, its worth it...It DOES work with AT&T, as that IS my carrier, and noticed another reviewer stated that it wasn't compatible. Very Happy with my phone :)

Phone is pretty but slippery
This is a nice phone and the 5G is great! Do not buy this phone without a bumper case. It is so slippery that it slides off everything. With the case its great.One point is that mine was a refurbished , unlocked att phone. Sold it use on t-mobile, it does do that. Problem is that the at&t priority software remains on the phone. This is not a problem but I didn't expect that. Then I'm old and lots of stuff I don't understand anymore.

Not what I thoughts
The phone its self is very nice. Fast OS lots of memory and great photo and video quality. But the phone was not unlocked as advertised. My carrier was not able to get it to work what so ever. Fortunately this has a great guarantee and I will be returning for a refund.

This is my Best Phone for the money it is a renewed phone looks and feels new. I love it.
Love everything about my LG Velvet. Except not happy about not getting the dual display. Can't find it anywhere. Went to AtandT and LG can't help me.

Nice phone
The phone was really nice, no dings, scratching. The only reason I am returning it is minor. I already have a G8thinQ which works fine, same GB (128) so bottom line I guess I just don't need a new version of what I already have.

NO CDMA Equals no ringing or texting
I purchased this phone December 9th, 2022 for my daughter. Started having issues with getting in touch with her via regular calls and texting. So we downloaded WhatsApp and it works great thru the app. Just noticed that the phone doesn’t have NO CDMA which is why it won’t ring thru our regular service MetroPCS (Metro by T-mobile). Would love to know a solution other than having to purchase a new phone.
