LG V60 ThinQ 5G UW White 128GB for Verizon

Okay so I love this phone! The LG v60 is awesome. It has a 6.8 inch screen, and on screen fingerprint reader that looks super cool, with three different live motion colorful designs. The phone they sent me is absolutely pristine. However, I think that the Android 11 update is causing it to have persistent glitches. The seller, (perfectly professional) is actually really great. They had only a handful of reviews when I was shopping for my phone, but I took a chance, & I'm glad that I did. I returned my first V60 because of the glitches & they sent my new phone 2 day FedEx. Which was very expensive. I couldn't have asked for more cooperation and a professional attitude.

The charger and cable that it was shipped with was not equivalent to original wattage of LG V60's original. There were issues charging from the beginning. Now it barely charges randomly here and there and have only gotten it to 100 % charge on 2 occasions. Would not recommend buying from this seller.

Great phone. Refurbished but looks like new. Wish it had facial recognition but otherwise has everything. Too bad LG got out of the phone business. Love the memory card slot, headphone jack, and Quad DAC.

Very decent phone. I needed a 'larger' phone with SD card slot to replace an S20 that I dropped. This fit the bill. Paired with the Dual Screen option, I can see this phone being my "phone" fro some time to come. I don't use the face recognition feature.

Disappointed that LG decided to shut down their cell phone department about a month after I purchased this product. I've been a long time LG customer having the LG 10-60. I felt cheated...

No problems. Device better than expected

Me gusta LG, sus productos de primera marca, su servicio de atención al cliente y su servicio técnico. En concreto este móvil, en comparación con modelos de Samsung del mismo nivel o IPhone, los supera en todo.

Es un excelente teléfono pero no dos dimos cuenta que no estaba liberado. Lo quisimos desbloquear y nos marcaba que tenía plan el teléfono no se porque. Teníamos que esperarnos un año para desbloquearlo a cualquier compañía. Lo tuve que regresar

Las llamadas se escuchan con eco por la otra parte y con interferencias en la mía. Que un telefono no sea capaz de cubrir la función más básica para la que esta diseñado es de vergüenza, y más si el vendedor pasa de ti cuando te pones en contacto para una devolución. A parte, ni un año tiene y ya se congela con frecuencia y va a una velocidad más que cuestionable. La respuesta del vendedor que lo reinicie.
