Q: What's the percentage of coconut to water please?

Hi Stephen! It is 49.5% water. Just in case it helps, a good way of assessing the quality of coconut milk is by the percentage of fat as it will indicate (among other things) how well the milk has been extracted and the dilution factor. In the case of this milk it is 17%. If you have any other questions, feel free to get in touch :)

Q: What are the rest of the ingredients are there any preservatives in there.

Hi Sandi! There are only three ingredients: Coconut Meat Extract (50%), Water (49.5%), Guar Gum - there are no preservatives, it is from organic coconuts and has a fat percentage of 17%. Cheers!
