Kinda big, but well enough built
These are really long for forearm sleeves - I'm 6'4" and these feel big on me... For shorter folks the top side might go past your elbow. What I like is there are 3 straps - a really wide middle one and a thinner one on the elbow and wrist sides, there are double D rings as well as Velcro on the side closest to the elbow, which helps hold it in place. Because of this, the loose netting that holds the weights should get less abuse from the weights siding around to hold up longer, however I think I would have preferred to see something stronger than the netting for how much weight these things hold. The base fabric is rock solid and really durable, however. If you get these at the same time as the similar legs weights, you might consider marking them somehow (colored bread tie, tape, etc) if you don't start with different weight amounts since although they are different, they are difficult to tell apart from a quick glance since they are relatively similar in size due to the length of the weight bars. But, since you can see thru the netting you can probably count the weights in each, or by the weight difference by picking each up.Fully geared up with arm and leg weights + Mir vest (that thing is completely rock solid) I feel like Robocop walking around. You could put on some weighted gloves, too, but if you aren't already buff I wouldn't plan to go that far.Adjusting the weights is simple as long as you aren't wearing it. You could swap them between with the leg weights if you wanted to stuff a few extra in one or the other (leg day/arm day?) but for me, I'm growing into these things with less bars, but past the junky sandbag style 3 or 5 lb weights, so this is nice to add on.You can wear a watch under it if you want it for heart and steps monitoring, but don't plan to use it to tell time. The weights are enclosed really well, so if you're into doing uncommon workouts upside down, martial arts movements, whatever, these will keep the weights in fine & the 3 straps do ok to hold in place, but you'll still notice some shifting that I think is unavoidable. But, the weights will fully wrap around your arm so balance is kinda nice for me hopping on the treadmill, doing stairs, or typing while not in a meeting (might be distracting at first to work with these on, but with a standing desk/medium bookshelf you can figure it out - I don't care for them on while sitting at my desk).Anyways, I'm pretty happy with these overall. Maybe someone has some suggestions on getting the netting to be stronger, fix it, etc. Since I think over time it'll wear out, especially after cleaning them occasionally since you're going to sweat under them for sure even if you aren't doing cardio. But, the netting is at least decent quality for what it is so it should last for a long time for casual use, or at least for awhile if you do intense movement workouts. Maybe some extra straps over the top? I dunno. If you're shorter that might be a way to deal with the extra length of these, not sure. For me getting back in shape from my desk job bod, be these are great.

Flexible, comfortable, easy to use.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this because of the flexibility to change the weight and the ability to use it on wrists and ankles. Works great, but don’t run in it lol.

Size issues
Had to return them. The 6.6 pounds were too small for wide wrist/forearms.Otherwise would have great.

weight difference from display
the weight displayed is total, not per wrist, i got 6.6 its 3.3 per wrist, im not surprised by this, still an excellent product, if may feel uncomfortable at first but moving the weights around helps that

Cheaper than buying another set of dumbbells
Give these a shot for adding 5/6 lbs to your dumbbell benching. My dumbbells go from 80’s to 100’s so bought these in lieu of buying another set of dumbbells. Worked great and they stay in place while benching.

Bad fitting
As weights, they're okay. I was expecting a better quality for the price. The fitting is terrible though. The straps don't fold over the weights very well at all, and the weights end up pinching in places while still feeling a bit loose in other places.I will keep wearing them and monitor how they feel long-term, but from a first impression, they do a better job at cutting circulation than acting as weights.UPDATE: Taking them off after wearing them for a while, my arm now has a persistent numbness. AVOID THESE!!! They're overpriced and will no doubt cause damage to your nerves or your blood vessels. These things hurt you.
