Surprisingly good quality . Made of metal . Comes with 2 L shape wrenches (one per stand , there are 2 stands per box ) Definitely recommend.

Very easy to assemble, the only thing you have to worry about is your handles can slip behind on the hook and depending on how big your bags are is can tip. I love the overall look and great price for the pair.

Not the same item pictured
The stands I received are not the ones pictured. The metal already looks tarnished new, out of the package. It says it comes with Allen wrenches to assemble, it doesn’t. There isn’t a hole in the bottom of the stand to put the screw in to put the stand together.
