Although it would probably be fine. We couldn't provide a warranty for this as the manufacturer just recommends surface cleaning.

No it’s just stuffing in it, Only plastic is the eyes

Is the shark's eye embroidered or is it a hard bead?

The eyes are hard plastic, not embroidered. My son has four different sharks from this brand and LOVES them!
