Excellent quality and heat distribution. The handle is heave some time it will fallover the stove if not placed securely. It got light scratches even when using wood and plastic utensils.

Excellent for an omelette and for transferring from stove to oven. The non-stick coating is prone to scratches even with extra care.

The handle is so heavy that the pan sometimes tips over when it's empty. :(

I use it everyday and it performs great

I’ve cooked with this a few times now. It’s not quite as nonstick as typical nonstick. But it works quite well. It does spread the heat reasonably well and conducts really well overall it’s a very good pan. I’m not a chemist and don’t really understand what the surface is but it supposed to be healthier so all good I use it for delicate things that if they stick will fall apart like chicken with skin on, or Fish. But overall, I prefer stainless steel.

El mejor sartén que he tenido en toda mi vida! No se le pega NADA. Es bonito, barato y ligero. Primero compré el más grande, pero era enorme y lo devolví. El de 10” es perfecto. Puedo freir hasta 3 huevos a la vez. Usen flama baja a media (nunca alta), espátula de madera, y lávenlo ya que enfrió para que les dure. ¡FELIZ con mi compra!

Conducts heat like an expensive pan, the coating seems to be very durable after a month of daily use and is super slick also the silicon handle is perfect. Would recommend to season with oil before use, you can find instructions online
