This is a great product. I hardly ever write review but this product has worked so well I felt obligated to mention my results. I have a history of high blood pressure and have taken zestril for years. I'm a active person and I'm not over weight. High blood pressure runs in my family. I started taking Reishi along with Cordycepns, Chaga and MyCommunity by Host Defense. After just a few days my blood pressure returned to normal. I had stopped taking my blood pressure meds the same time that I started taking the supplements. This morning my BP was 114/68. Zestril has never brought my blood pressure down that low. I have also noticed that I no longer get up during the night to urinate. I was having to go 2 or 3 times a night. The ringing in my ears has also decreased some. I haven't noticed any negative side effect so far and I have even ordered some for my dad. I wish this product was a little less expensive but if it works and makes my health better then it is worth it. I am 5'11" 192 pounds 41 years old. Hope this review helps if you are thinking about giving these supplements a try.

I gave this four stars only so I can warn those who tend to have acne, to be aware that it may trigger it. I'm guessing it increased hormones. That's just a guess on my part. When I stopped taking it, it stopped. So I tried again really hoping it wasn't the factor. Again, cystic acne. Only a few on the chin, but painful. This was my experience. Every body is unique. If you are struggling with sleep, give it a go and hopefully your body responds well.

Research and therapeutic usage: Lingzhi may possess anti-tumor, immunomodulatory and immunotherapeutic activities, supported by studies on polysaccharides, terpenes, and other bioactive compounds isolated from fruiting bodies and mycelia of this fungus (reviewed by R. I have been taking these supplements for some time now and I feel great. I haven't been sick for a long time.

I’ve been taking Reishi since 2009 and this brand for the last five years. It is the best of all the brands I’ve tried. I have a chronic illness and osteoarthritis and this brand keeps me feeling healthy, pain-free and functional with fewer pills. If you are healthy a dose of two pills a day may be sufficient for your immune system to prevent common seasonal illnesses. For more serious illness, with the other brand I had to take 6 pills at night and 6 in the evening to alleviate symptoms. With Host Defense, I get the same results with two at night and two in the morning. I like that it is grown in conditions I know contain no soil contaminants. I also read that Host Defense Turkey Tail mushrooms was the brand used in medical trials for breast cancer, which were undertaken at well-known medical centers and with good results. The price on Amazon is less than the normal price of 59.99.
