Will this sharpener rebevel knives such as chicago cutlery?

This is a great sharpener and easy to use. It not only sharpens my Global and Henkel knives but also my ceramic knives. Well worth the money.

Can you use the sharpener on other knives?

I am so protective of my Global knife that I only use the Global sharpener on it. I have another sharpener for all other knives.

What are the replacement wheels for this sharpener? Can I order them on Amazon?

My sharpener still works. So there has been no reason for replacing the the wheels.

What angle does this sharpen at?

I am right handed, so when I sharpen a knife, I place my left hand on the handle and insert the knife between the sharpening wheels which are oriented slightly towards the right.
