Do they come with blades are they changeable ?

Yes they come with blades in them, but no they’re not replaceable. They’re just the basic disposable cutters with the blades built into the plastic. They last a long time though!

How many cutters are in this package?

There are 5. And, they are awesome. They are made to basically cut straight down a package. They do not open a corner even though they look like the should. I am absolutely loving mine.

Can you replace the blades?

No, the blades cannot be replaced.
