It's a floor mop, and there's no great technology involved with this one. As long as the nozzle presses down, the bottle doesn't leak, and the nozzle isn't clogged.... I'm happy. This product has no problems with any of these issues. It works as advertised.Pros:-It's light weight-The bottle seems large enough for me to clean my home, which has a lot of floor. You don't want the bottle too large either because it'll be heavier, and the solution will have to sit in the canister for a long time.-I can fill the bottle with whatever cleaner I like, or my own concoction (non-caustic more natural items)-The spray works great- Makes it easy to wipe my floors without having to get a bucket, lots of water, drag the bucket around, make a wet mess....-I don't finish the whole bottle of solution in one go. I use it here and there all day long without emptying the canister. So far, nothing has gone wrong with the seal and I've done this for a month already.-I love that it comes with multiple pads so I can wash one and use one-Better price point than the name brands. And this one just works.Cons:-None-Can't deep clean with it because it's not a steam cleaner....-Pretty much know what you're buying before you buy it.-We all wish we had one appliance to rule them all, but unfortunately, everything has its limitations, even the fancy Tineco vacuum mops. I've tried that too, but for surface area I need to cover, I'm always running out of solution or dumping the dirty canister because it's full. It was more running around than it was worth. So I bought this low tech solution and it's been way better for my situation.-Bottom line, this is a mop. It's good for top surface cleaning of your hard floors, and that's it. It won't clean out things that have seeped into grout. It won't deep clean, here's no heating element involved at all.-And since it's pretty much a mop, you'll have to sweep or vacuum all the dry particles off your floor first before you use this device.I hope all of this is helpful in your choice. FYI, I'm not getting paid by the company at all, but so far I like this device, it just works.

I am picky about clean floors and we have pets. We have a very large area of laminate flooring throughout our foyer, breakfast room, kitchen, powder room, hallway and laundry/mud room. I always vacuum first and then wet mop. Swiffer was too wasteful and didn't hold up to the force I use when cleaning. It is only usable in our upstairs tile bathrooms. I saw this mop demonstrated on Cleaning With Karrie Lynn on YouTube and decided to try it. It's great! Comes with two mop heads for wet and one for dry, which I don't need since I prefer to vacuum and have no hardwood floors. The handle is adjustable for your height and comfort. It is comfortable to grip and easy to push the trigger to release more cleaner. There is a bottle on the handle you remove and fill with water and your own cleaner. (I like Fabuloso lavender and my floor smells great all day! )The directions say NOT to leave the bottle filled with cleaner when stored. What I did was pour the remaining clean solution into a basin and soak my mop pad to clean it then hung it up to dry. Easy and no solution wasted. Next time I'll make less since it didn't take a lot. Plus laminate flooring isn't supposed to get too wet. This mop allowed me to spray cleaning solution when the mop head felt dry so solution wasn't wasted. As hard as I pushed, the mop pad didn't budge off the mop head and the handle felt strong and comfortable in my hand. As a reference I am a senior female and this was easy to maneuver. The only problem I had was the first time I tried to remove the plastic bottle from the pole, I couldn't do it. My husband came to the rescue and gave it a good tug, then pulled it on and off a few times to loosen it. Now it is easy for me! This mop was also a great price and was delivered quickly. Win-win for me!

I love the ability to fill the tank with any cleaner I want to use. It is easy to change out the water/cleaner. The pads are easy to remove and clean. I can clean larger areas than I could with a swiffer without having to use a full bucket and mop. It is the perfect in-between. I also love the re-useable pads because it is better for the environment! The only issue I have is the spray function. The sprayer started out strong, but has gotten quite weak as I've used it. The trigger works, but what comes out doesn't go very far. Could be user error, maybe I haven't put the tank in all the way or something. But overall, it is light weight, easy to use, and customizable as far as cleaning products go.

Love this mop! With the floors we have in our home (hardwood looking, but snap in), we cannot use a steamer. I have always used another regular mop that I switch out the pads on and use a separate spray bottle to prep the floor. With this mop, it's all in one! The cleaner is in the mop itself and it has removable pads that can be washed. I've mopped several times and still haven't gone through all the pads. And it comes with a lot of pads, in my opinion--a fluffy one and 2 flatter ones. All of them work great on my floors.The price point is awesome on this product! Does not require any batteries to run the sprayer. Gets my floors very clean.This product worked so great that I bought a second one to keep in our camper all the time. Make cleaning while camping so easy!

I love this mop!! It is lightweight. Easy to put together. The tank is easy to fill and I was impressed I did not have to refill and my house is 2700 sq ft ceramic tile! The mop swivels and the spray is great. I have a mop that has the bucket & spin feature which I also love but it is heavy and by the end of carrying it around, my back is sore for days. So I saw this & thought this would be an improvement from a Swiffer I had years ago. It was heavy, used batteries and you had to use their cleaning solution & pads. I think this mop is a steal for the price. It is a quality design. I can't think of anything it lacks. The pads are super and machine or hand washable. Get one, I think you'll love it too.
