I love the mat. It certainly does live up to the description.It has great grip, even when damp unlike other mats I've tried. It is thick enough to be comfortable but not too bulky. I like the fact that it is eco-friendly and naturally anti-microbial.I particularly like the markings. It is so helpful to be able to make sure you are in alignment. Very interesting that after 10 years of pilates / yoga/ exercise classes, now I am doing them online, I have noticed slight adjustments I need to make - especially useful with no teacher actually present.I have recommended it to friends, and bought additional ones for family.Best mat I have tried and I have used many - of my own and in different gyms.I know there are other similar mats, but the Kaizenly team have been particularly attentive with an email after purchase on caring for the mat, and ready on messenger to answer any queries straight away. Always good to support a small enterprise with a commitment to the planet.

It’s the most beautiful yoga mat I’ve got. Probably because of its natural look, that is soothing to me.And makes me very happy that is eco friendly, made with natural materials, which I was looking for.It arrived very promptly, even when I have had lots of late deliveries due to the covid situation.It’s quite lightweight even though it has a comfortable thickness, that rests well my knees.The pattern lines help me with my yoga practice alignment.Comes with a useful carry on system.The only non super-positive attribute would be the little smell after opening the package, but that faded away.Says that is easy to clean, which I haven’t tried yet, as I’ve just have gotten it for a couple of weeks.It has elevated my exercises as I value both the aesthetics on everything, as well as it’s comfort.I am very pleased and I can assure that the quality-value is great.I hope it lasts for a very long time!

Lovely lightweight mat with beautiful design.. Wonderful grip on hands and feet.. was a little more difficult to grip on forearms.. one downsize is when rolled up it’s so lightweight it unravels but the strap should help to keep it in place.. I love that this mat is eco friendly too

I love this yoga mat. I was looking for one that was a really good size, which this is. One that was non-slip, which this is and as your hands and feet sweat, you get even more of a grip! I was looking for a mat that was Environmentally friendly, which this is and it is manufactured by a company that is committed to saving this planet. The design imprinted on the mat works as an awesome guide of where to put your hands and feet and allows you to gauge your level and is perfect for beginners. It’s just the right thickness with the right amount of support that you can do a full yoga routine, have no sore spots and it won’t rock you off balance. This is my third mat having recently got into yoga. I had trouble with my sweating hands and feet slipping on my previous two, and a cork one was recommended by the instructor. I’ve had no issues with this mat at all, the grip for my hands and feet is firm, and it’s surprisingly comfortable when sitting on it. It’s lightweight, and very easy to clean, just a damp cloth between practices is what the manufacturer recommends, so no need for special mat cleaners or making your own from essential oils/witch hazel etc.

KAIZENLY really delivered a good quality yoga mat. I come from a cork mat from a different brand and I was a bit skeptical about this one at first, being it about 5cm smaller than my former one. I still wish this mat were a bit wider, but it hasn't disappointed me in any aspect!Really lightweight, easy to roll up and absolutely no smell upon arrival (although, just for safety, I let it breathe for a whole night). Grip is as is expected: the more one sweats, the firmer it gets.Very happy with this!

I love using this mat. It gives super grip and is soft and lightweight too. The guidelines help with keeping balance and position. I really like the fact that this mat is made by a small company who pride themselves on quality and being eco friendly. Thoroughly recommend.

I bought this to replace a EVA foam mat that was too squashy for me to be stable in one-legged poses and was inclined to slide across our wooden floor while in use. This is a world apart; it grips the floor well, no movement and being a thinner and firmer material, I have no problems with it moving under my feet either. Having said it's thinner and firmer, it isn't uncomfortable to lay on; it's okay for that too.
