This is the best cream i have found and used on my babies. Unlike other ones i tried before this one actually helps those sensitive areas. This is all i use.

This has been my go-to healing cream for excessively dry skin for 30 years. Note that this is different than the cream that has ZINC in it. It's become very expensive, but this formula is worth it. It will go on very oily and after about 5 minutes or so it will just "soak in" and produce an effective long lasting barrier to dryness. My favorite for chapped lips, super dry skin.
