The picture that they have displayed is the regular FC 1007 instead of the FC 1007SP. The speaker button is located on the bottom right of the phone where the "Redial" button is located. (The speaker volume is also located on the bottom left of where the "Flash" button is located.)

Q: Is the speakerphone full duplex? How long will the programming hold if the phone is unplugged?

I bought the phone and set it up for a relative, so I don’t have it myself, but if I remember correctly there is a backup battery. It will hold memory as long as the battery has a charge.

Q: Hi, is there a delay or pause when calling out when using the one touch feature

No. It’s like playing a recording of the dialing tones. But it happens fast. It works really well. This phone helped my MIL continue to answer and make calls for almost a year after she lost the ability to use a regular phone. I imagine it would be helpful for vision issues as well

Q: do the photo buttons flash with incoming calls?

No lights on buttons. Our family is so grateful to have this phone for my husband, who has dementia and Parkinson’s. He is now able to life the receiver, touch the photo and call. I highly recommend the phone. Keep the instructions to reprogram a button, if you change a photo. Excellent customer service!!
