This band was purchased as a replacement for decades-old Speidel flex for my Hamilton watch.I was very pleased regarding delivery through Prime and the appearance of the product.Time will determine whether that shiny silver/gold band will retain its gloss.Now for the disappointments:(1) No assembly instructions - nary a word. Yes, thanx to Amazon's website there was helpful information.(2) The pin removal tool broke almost immediately - a cheap, flimsy plastic piece of crap that quite frankly could have been left out of the packaging for all it was worth.(3) Being adept at figuring "things" out, I was able to remove the pins in order to size the band to my wrist - but it was quite a process.(4) The "butterfly" clasp takes a bit of getting used to - not "friendly" in my oh-pin-yun. Further, if I remove one more link I would not be able to close the clasp because of the "space" it occupies whilst open.I could have returned this, but decided to give it a "go" - it does look good.

This band feels good on the wrist, good heavy feel and strong. Thick and each link is precision fitted. The band is adjustable by removing links. Comes with all necessary tools. A brand name steel band like this could cost up to $300.00, so yes this is a deal! The clasp ok secure, but if ur going to do out doors activities or play hard, get a double clasp band. But for everyday office n home use this will work great!

The band looks great but it will not stay closed. I have only worn it a couple of times, and I have to reclose it about every 15 minutes. I tried to bend the clips that are supposed to keep it closed, but not enough material to bend in order to fix. Do not buy this! Now I see why it is returned so often. Too bad, nice looking thick band too.

This watchband is stylish, but heavy. It is long enough for big wrists.With the handy tool that came with it, removing links is no problem. I took 5 links out and now it fits well.The only thing I don't care for is the closing clasp, something to get use to.
