Use twice daily after brushing and takes calc away. Do not swallow. If used prior to bedtime, gives some moisture if your mouth dries out.

I went along and purchased because of all the great reviews....I can't believe it's the same product people are raving about. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and it's almost as if I'm swishing flavored water around in my mouth it's not minty, I still have dry gums, and my breath isn't any better than not using mouthwash. I'M SO DISSAPOINTED!
