How much weight can they hold? Looking to display my military gear on one.

They are very sturdy and have a heavy base they can be mounted to. I think they would hold a standard uniform with no problem so long as the weight was centered. A backpack may be too much to cause unbalance. Good product for the price.

Can you bend the arms or legs to a differant pose

The arms at the shoulder can go up and down. The legs at the hip can rotate a bit in and out. while you couldn't bend the arms or legs
