McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning, 8 oz

I started using McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning because I wanted a reliable flavorful blend for grilling or baking chicken without measuring out a bunch of separate spices every time. It has quickly become one of my favorite go to seasonings for exactly that reason. This blend is perfect if you do not want to buy and mix everything separately. It combines classic Montreal style flavors like garlic onion black pepper salt dill coriander red pepper and paprika into one convenient shaker. The result is a bold savory garlicky peppery taste with a nice herbal kick from the dill that works amazingly well on chicken breasts thighs wings or even whole roasted birds. It gives that restaurant quality seasoned grill flavor without much effort just shake it on generously before cooking and you get consistent delicious results every time. Whether I am grilling outdoors pan searing indoors or baking in the oven this seasoning delivers. It sticks well to the meat adds great color and aroma and the balance is spot on not too salty not overpowering just right for everyday family meals or when cooking for friends. I have tried making my own Montreal style mixes from scratch with individual spices but this McCormick version saves so much time and tastes just as good or better than my homemade attempts.

Better than most

McCormick always makes great very flavorable seasonings, they are a old, well established company with a large amount of different seasonings both by the selves or great combinations. Love the combinations, alot cheaper than if i had to buy all those different spices to make my own mix which I have in the past, just need quicker easier selections on occasion. I use this particular seasoning mix on a great many different foods, Flavors them all nicely, Handy to have such a good seasoning mix on hand

I go through 2-3 of these a month! I use it on everything from chicken, ribs, pork chops, you name it! It goes great with everything! No salt taste either! You won't be disappointed but you will be buying it all the time, once you've tried it!
