Q: What ingredients are in the product

These contain: 500 mg plant sterols (from soy), 210 mg beta-sitosterol, 100 mg campesterol and 70 mg stigmasterol. Other ingredients are listed as 100% kosher vegetable capsules, vegetable magnesium stearate, calcium carbonate and vegetable cellulose. I don't know what some of those first things are, but on my last bloodwork (after taking these for four months), my good cholesterol went up, my bad cholesterol went down and my triglycerides went way down. Total cholesterol went from 233 down to 198 in four months. And I only took one capsule a day as the bottle recommended, not two a day as Dr. Oz recommended. I have had no side effects and consider these to be a much better solution to lowering cholesterol than prescription meds. Hope this helps.

These are soy free, the old formula was derived from soy but these are not anymore these are from sunflower.
