Work great for cooking poached eggs without sticking
I bought this item on the recommendation of a friend. It works really well for poaching eggs in hot water on the stove. The little brush works great for applying just a little bit of oil and the cooked egg comes out easily - no sticking! There does tend to be a little water in the egg cup - probably from the steam - so I recommend carefully pouring that out before dumping the egg onto your toast (if that's how you like your poached eggs) or you could end up with soggy toast. I do not like my eggs runny at all, so I added a minute to the cook time. If you follow the instructions, you should get the eggs they way you like them in the recommended cooking time. The egg cups do get a little warm, but not too hot to handle. Overall, these work as designed and are a great way to cook poached eggs! Maybe I will try to make egg bites in them next. ;-)

Perfect
Finally, the perfect poached egg with almost no hassle, except for having to clean the cups which was as easy as cleaning out a coffee cup. They even include a cute little brush..

They do the job!
Eliminates the mess of dropping the eggs directly into the water - I would suggest lubricating the pods with a quick spray of Pam to prevent sticking and to ease exit of cooked eggs.

Easiest way to make a perfect poached egg
Best way to poach an egg! These are so easy and stress free, I just put a bit of butter in the cup leave it in the pot of boiling water and crack an egg into it. You can leave them in longer to have a more cooked center but its very easy to tell compared to poaching them in the water.10/10

cooking eggs in plastic!!
I got these and found them difficult to precisely time the level of doneness. As I was cleaning them it dawned on me that I’m poaching eggs in plastic! some of that’s gotta get on the eggs. That can’t be good for your house! Threw them away.
