Is this large & deep enough to soak your feet?

I would say, a pair of feet size 10 would fit into it, but wouldn't be too comfortable.

We didn't really carry anything in it. It is quite sturdy and we washed cast iron in it.

What size are the insides, particularly the bottom?

Bottom inside across is 11 3/4 inches. Top inside across is 13 1/4 inches. Bottom inside front to back is 7 1/2 inches. Top inside front to back is 9 1/2 inches.
