Simply Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic Seasoning, 8.25 Oz

Excellent testy to cook Chinese cuisine.

The Oracle enjoys cooking, and... to stay in the good graces of the inhabitants of Mount Olympus, I like to make everything (or as much as I can) from scratch. But sometimes, when tasked to deliver prophecies to various warring or inquiring parties, a quicker, but equally tasty way to make meals is required - enter Simply Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic Seasoning! This seasoning of ginger, toasted sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, sea salt, unrefined sugar, garlic, red bell peppers, toasted coconut, soy sauce, onion, and natural flavor comes so very close to approximating the taste of the scratch ingredients I don't think Zeus would ever know the difference. If using this the Oracle recommends you use the blend during cooking. Don't sprinkle it on after because the blend has some bigger bits and of course, it's a dry blend. It needs time to incorporate its flavors to the dish so, if you add it after cooking, like you might with salt or garlic powder, the flavor won't be as impactful and the little bits will be crunchy.

I have gone through like a gallon of this spice since I first discovered it a few years ago. I use it on everything I cook that has an asian origin. I usually apply it at the end of a recipe for a bit of added garnish of zing and zest. It has the perfect blend to bring out all the flavors of the prepared dish. I have given bottles of it as gifts and they all want more. I just bought 4 more to add to my pantry. I sure hope they never stop making this spice.

Very distinctive Asian flavor using spices like ginger. I previously bought this spice at a big box warehouse at half the price but they no longer sell it.

Absolutely worth the 10 bucks I spent on this. Always looking for awesome seasoning and came across this sweet ginger garlic and I love it already. Put it on chicken and even my corn on the cob and it was amazing. Definitely going to add it to just about everything lol

Great flavoring, especially for Asian dishes, but I find it very versatile. I've used it in salads and on cooked meats, i.e. pork and chicken specifically. Absolutely terrific!!!!!

This will give you the best green beans in the world. I always salute my greenbeans with a little bit of olive oil and this seasoning, and BOOM! Even people that don't nnormally like green beans LOVED that recipe. You're welcome ;)

Not very potent in flavor unless you use a LOT of it. Large 8.25 oz seasoning expiring 3 months after date received.
